About

Healthcare DeliveryService TransformationDigital HealthCommercial StrategyEntrepreneurship

I am a healthcare strategy and operations professional with over a decade of experience developing, improving, and implementing healthcare services.

My career has included leadership and transformation roles across hospitals, GP federations, and health technology companies in the UK, Jordan, and Italy. I have delivered operational improvement programmes, implemented digital health solutions, developed new healthcare services, and built partnerships between NHS, and private-sector organisations.

I'm not a clinician. I view healthcare from the operational and commercial lens: the side that gets good ideas successfully built and adopted.

Healthcare doesn't change because of good ideas alone. It changes when strategy, operations, technology, and people come together and align.

Current Focus

Secondo

Private practice without having to build a second business.

Secondo is an early-stage venture I'm building to help NHS consultants undertake private work without having to build and manage an entire business around their clinical role.

It's currently in the validation stage — I'm speaking with consultants and running a focused patient-acquisition pilot to shape the model.

NHS Innovation and Clinical Partnerships

Developed and delivered projects at the intersection of NHS service delivery, digital health, and commercial development.

My work included leading the implementation of technology and automation solutions across GP practices, supporting the adoption of new digital tools within primary care, and establishing partnerships with private-sector healthcare providers to expand access to services.

I also contributed to strategic planning, service redesign and the development of new care pathways within clinical services.

Palestine Hospital

2015–2016

Hospital Transformation and Strategy

Led the operational and strategic transformation of Jordan’s oldest private hospital.

I developed a five-year business plan, secured debt financing and obtained board approval for the hospital’s transformation programme. I also repriced clinical services and renegotiated insurance contracts, resulting in a 15% increase in occupancy.

Alongside the commercial programme, I delivered operational improvements that reduced costs by 20% and developed the hospital’s digital strategy, from establishing its initial online presence to building a scalable patient acquisition platform.
